The WISE4WOMEN – Financial Intelligence of Immigrant Women for Independent Stability and Empowerment project brings together partners with different areas of expertise, all contributing to the development of practical and accessible learning opportunities for migrant women across Europe.

The partnership also includes Institut INPRO, a.s., based in Prague, Czechia.

Founded in 1997, INPRO has extensive experience in vocational training, consultancy and adult education. Over the years, the organisation has supported professional development across different sectors, helping employees and learners strengthen their skills and adapt to changing labour market needs.

This experience is highly relevant to WISE4WOMEN, where adult education plays a central role in supporting women to build financial knowledge, confidence and greater independence. The ability to design practical and effective learning activities is essential for ensuring that the project’s resources are useful, accessible and closely connected to real-life needs.

Within the WISE4WOMEN partnership, INPRO contributes its long-standing expertise in training and professional development, supporting the creation of educational approaches that can respond to different learning needs and contexts.

INPRO’s strong tradition in adult education and vocational training adds an important practical dimension to the consortium and supports the project’s goal of developing meaningful learning opportunities for migrant women.

Through this collaboration, WISE4WOMEN continues to build a strong European partnership focused on financial literacy, empowerment and social inclusion.
