On 10\u201311 August 2026, the partners of the WISE4WOMEN \u2013 Financial Intelligence of Immigrant Women for Independent Stability and Empowerment project gathered at Halmstad University in Sweden for the second Transnational Project Meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The two-day meeting was an important opportunity to review the progress achieved so far, discuss current activities and coordinate the next stages of the project. Bringing the partnership together in person also created valuable space for exchanging ideas, sharing different perspectives and strengthening the common approach to the work ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The project focuses on improving financial literacy among migrant women by developing practical tools, learning resources and educational approaches that can support more informed financial decisions and greater economic independence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the meeting, partners reflected on the activities already implemented and discussed how the project results can be further developed in a way that remains practical, accessible and relevant to the needs of the target group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of the highlights of the TPM was the collaboration with the International Summer School organised at Halmstad University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Participants in the Summer School were introduced to the WISE4WOMEN project and had the opportunity to take part in interactive activities connected to its objectives. Their ideas and concepts will contribute to the future development of gamification tools within the project, adding an innovative and engaging dimension to financial education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This interaction between project partners and international students created a valuable bridge between research, education and practice. It also offered the consortium the opportunity to explore new ways of translating financial concepts into interactive learning experiences that can be more engaging for learners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The WISE4WOMEN partners took part in discussions and collaborative activities, drawing on their combined expertise in adult education, social inclusion, research and community-based work. The meeting also helped coordinate the next implementation phases and facilitate exchanges across the consortium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The second Transnational Project Meeting marked another important step in the development of the project, helping transform ongoing discussions into concrete directions for future activities and tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By combining the expertise of the project partners with the creativity and perspectives brought by the Summer School participants, the project continues to explore practical and innovative ways to strengthen financial education, empowerment and social inclusion among migrant women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
