The final organisation presented in the WISE4WOMEN – Financial Intelligence of Immigrant Women for Independent Stability and Empowerment partner series is ICEP – Institute of European Certification of Personnel from Slovakia.

ICEP is an organisation focused on the development, recognition and validation of professional, digital and personal competences. Its work supports individuals and organisations in strengthening skills, improving professional profiles and promoting lifelong learning in a changing social and economic environment.

Beyond competence development, ICEP also places strong emphasis on corporate social responsibility and ethical principles. Its work is guided by values such as integrity, impartiality, respect for human rights and human dignity, fairness and equality.

These principles are closely connected to the objectives of WISE4WOMEN, where empowerment is not only about acquiring financial knowledge, but also about ensuring that learning opportunities are accessible, inclusive and respectful of the different experiences of migrant women.

Within the project’s partnership, ICEP contributes its expertise in competence development, certification and quality-oriented learning. This perspective supports the consortium in creating educational resources that are structured, practical and focused on skills that can be applied in everyday life.

ICEP’s commitment to equality and human dignity also reinforces the social dimension of WISE4WOMEN. Financial empowerment is closely linked to inclusion, participation and the ability to make informed choices, and these elements remain at the heart of the project’s work.
