The WISE4WOMEN – Financial Intelligence of Immigrant Women for Independent Stability and Empowerment project is built on the collaboration of organisations from across Europe, each contributing its own expertise and experience to support migrant women through education, financial literacy and empowerment.

Another partner in the consortium is Fundacja Innowacja i Wiedza – the Innovation and Knowledge Foundation, based in Warsaw, Poland.

The foundation works to support socio-economic development and education by promoting innovative learning approaches, strengthening social awareness and encouraging entrepreneurial thinking. Through its activities, it aims to create opportunities for people to develop new skills, increase their knowledge and become more active participants in society and the economy.

This experience is particularly relevant to the objectives of WISE4WOMEN, where education is approached not only as a way of transferring information, but also as a tool for strengthening independence and confidence. Developing financial literacy requires practical knowledge, critical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions in everyday situations.

Within the WISE4WOMEN partnership, Fundacja Innowacja i Wiedza contributes its experience in innovative education, social development and entrepreneurship. Its perspective helps the consortium explore learning methods that can make financial education more accessible, engaging and relevant for migrant women from different backgrounds.

The foundation’s focus on entrepreneurial thinking is another important contribution to the project. Financial independence is closely connected to the ability to understand opportunities, assess risks and make informed choices. These skills can support women not only in managing their personal finances, but also in becoming more confident when considering employment, entrepreneurship or other forms of economic participation.

Through this European collaboration, WISE4WOMEN aims to transform complementary expertise into practical educational resources that contribute to greater financial confidence, independence and social inclusion.

The WISE4WOMEN partner series highlights the knowledge and experience each organisation brings to the project’s shared mission.
